  Tacky Booth Coating 10-W is a water-based, no VOC, white coating material that forms a tacky, shiny coating.

Tacky Booth Coating 10-W is used as a removable, temporary protective coating for spray booth walls where overspray accumulation must be readily removed. This white tacky coating is designed to maximize the trapping of dust, dirt and other airborne debris.

Tacky Booth Coating 10-W forms a surface that is light reflective to maximize booth illumination. A corrosion inhibitor in the compound prevents rusting of steel.

Tacky Booth Coating 10-W is a white flexible film containing no solvents. It is designed for use in water wash spray booths. For dry booths, please refer to our peelable coatings at www.strippablecoating.com.

Tacky Booth Coating 10-W can be applied by brush, spray or roller. It is used as received, no dilution is needed.
Tacky Booth Coating 10-W can be applied with air atomized, air assisted airless and airless spray equipment. When applying material over a large area, a 30:1 ratio airless spray unit with a 0.035” fluid orifice in the spray gun will provide good results.

Airless equipment can be extremely hazardous. It is recommended that all precautionary information regarding the operation of an airless gun be read, understood, and followed.

The surface to be coated should be clean and relatively dry for best adhesion of the coating.

Tacky Booth Coating 10-W should be applied with the air on in the booth to speed drying time. The material should be sprayed in a uniform film of 10-mils to 15-mils wet thickness. This film will be damp but non-smearing in 30 to 40 minutes. It will be dry but tacky to the touch in 60 minutes.

Tacky Booth Coating 10-W is readily removed with cold or hot water.

Tacky Booth Coating 10-W must be protected from freezing. If product should become frozen, warm to ambient temperature and mix thoroughly before using.
